The Saudi Medical Physics Society (SMPS) in collaboration with the Biomedical Physics Department, and the Research Centre-Training and Education Office at King Faisal Specialists Hospital and Research Centre (KFSH&RC) in Riyadh, Saudi Arabia, will host the 5th International Saudi Medical Physics Conference at KFSH&RC, from 19 to 21 October 2010.

Applicant who requires a visa to enter the Kingdom of Saudi Arabia has to register and pay the registration fees at least two months before the conference date. Please fill out the attached Visa Application Form and send it to us not later than 19 Sept 2010.

The issuance of any visa is subject to approval by the Ministry of Foreign Affairs.
